They actually dress like nerds, but I guess that sort of thing gets you attention and both of these celebrities love attention.  They want to be photographed and they want to look “cool” when they get snapped by the paparazzi.  Kanye looks super tight in his pink college sweater that looks like he bought it off the women’s rack at Victoria’s Secret.  Amber looks hot though, though she looks like she is into to guys who dress like a color-blind Urkel.
